Because of this, there are hundreds of solutions for a person to choose from. Arctic Cooling offers a CPU cooler that promises to provide exceptional cooling with very little noise by utilizing heatpipe technology. While most of these solutions tend to cost around $40-50, Arctic Cooling's Freezer 64 Pro is a very affordable solution. Normally, that means they took shortcuts and the cooler does not work all that well. Cold air enters through the fan, from the back, bottom, and top of the fan. Warm air is then pushed out the back of the of the heatsink.
