 Aspire X-Gear Mini Server CaseProvided by: Aspire International Corp First off, I'd like to thank Aspire for supporting us at atruereview.com, and issuing this case for us to test and review. When I received notice of the shipment, I was astonished on how fast the computer case got here. It took approximately 1 day to arrive. Aspire must have bestowed there trust in us, and I truly appreciate that. Packaging: The first thing that I noticed was Aspire's packaging. They had packed it into a regular shipping box.
There you have it, a boring, simple, dusty brown box with some shipping information on it. Then I open the box....
Low and behold, another box. Fortunately, this one is not as ugly as the brown one. It includes a slight description and a picture on it. What surprised me is when you look under the X-Gear case, it says mini server case. I found this computer case in no way to resemble a server case. Any serious modder would want this case for their performance PC. I finally opened the top of Aspire's box where the front of the case is.
Another great thing I like about the shipping, is the protective padding that prevents the case from moving around in the box. This movement can cause some nasty nicks and scratches. Flipping the box upside down allowed Aspire's X-Gear computer case to slide out smoothly without causing any damage. After removing the padding frames and protective plastic bag, the case is finally unveiled. Specifications: Specifications listed below as found on Aspire's web site.
