Our computers have become one big show and tell. With the advent
of acrylic cases and case windows, visually what is on the inside
has become just as important as what is on the outside. Moreover,
what is on the inside does not sit there in hopes that we look;
it reaches out and grabs our attention. How you ask? By lighting
up, of course. Our case fans light up; the CPU cooler lights up;
hell, even our cables (EL) light up. Now, your memory can light
up as well with the Thermaltake TrueLight Memory Heat Spreader.

The TrueLight Memory Heat Spreader is a black aluminum RAM sink
that is equipped with 5 blue LEDs. The heatsink part of the TrueLight
is a standard RAM heat spreader that is composed of two halves.
At the top of the heat spreader is a row of blue LEDs which is covered
by a long bare aluminum protector clip with a "Thermaltake"
cutout.

Controlling the TrueLight's LEDs is an expansion slot mode switch.
The mode switch features a red button.

One major thing to note about the TrueLight is that only one heat
spreader is included per package. Dual Channel users will have to
get two packs for there memory to visually match.

To install the TrueLight, first disassemble it by removing the
protector clip and separating the two halves. Remove the memory
from the motherboard. On each side of the memory, attach a strip
of the included double sided memory sticker. Attach the heat spreader
to each side of the memory making sure the row of LEDs is still
in its place at the top. Once the two halves fully enclose the top
of the memory, attach the two included clips. Then reattach the
protector clip. Reinsert the memory back into the motherboard. Install
the mode switch into an available expansion slot and plug its small
plug into the TrueLight. Finally, plug an available Molex plug into
the mode switch's Molex connector.
