Ximeta NetDisk 80GB External Drive

Provided by: Ximeta
Retail: Est. $189.99
Review Date: November 3rd, 2003

More hard drive space, it's what we all need. File storage, backups, and programs eat up tons drive space. External drives are perfect for backing up data and storing files like MP3s. External drives are quick to install and portable from computer to computer.

Although, taking a drive from computer to computer could be very annoying, especially if you are in an office or small network scenario. Just make a share on the computer, that works until the computer is not running. Ximeta's NetDisk is the perfect solution for sharing files on a network. Plug the external drive into a switch or hub and everyone on the network can get to files. A lot cheaper than a file server in maintenance and initial cost. NetDisk is a perfect home network, college dorm, or small business solution.
