Are you looking for quiet components on your quest to build a
quiet PC? Don't overlook look the power supply. A+ GPB didn't overlook
a quiet power supply unit, PSU, when they designed the True Silent
Titanium Coated 420 Watt PSU.
The True Silent power supply boasts how quiet it
is. The question to ask is how well this PSU performs.
The quietest PSU in the world does little good if it fries
all the components in a system.

There are six AT four
pin power connections and two four pin floppy drive power connections.
I was hoping for more AT connectors on a higher wattage power supply
for it would reduce my use of Y cables. Each AT lead is about 1
foot to the first connector and about 4 inches to the following
connectors. A Pentium 4 power connection
also exists.
True Silent PSU includes Serial ATA power cables for newer Serial
ATA devices. This is a new feature included with today's power
supplies, one which I have not seen before.

You are not mistaken, you are indeed looking at gold
power leads in the above picture. I was shocked to see gold. Gold
leads will make a stronger contact connection with devices
and prevent against corrosion. The packaging calls these leads
Fold Plated Connectors, I am assuming this is a spelling mistake.
I like to bring these things up because the packaging shows the
professionalism of the company and I would recommend that A+ GPB
fixes this mistake.
