One of the best things I like about computer products are options. If you do not like one brand, you can always go with something else. If you do not like Intel CPUs, you can go with AMD CPUs. If you do not like ATI based graphic cards, you can go with NVIDIA based graphic cards. If you do not like Sound Blaster sound cards well, you can go with a C-Media based sound card. Never heard of a C-Media brand sound card? That is because C-Media does not manufacture sound cards; they manufacture sound processors and chip sets. Their processors can be found in most USB and integrated sound card solutions as well as most legitimate performing non-Sound Blaster PCI sound cards.
Currently, C-Media's highest level sound processor for PCI sound cards is the Oxygen HD CMI8788. Featuring specifications and features not found on any other computer audio solution, the Oxygen HD chipset is designed to impress. It is this sound processor that powers BlueGears' new sound card, the b-Enspirer. Just what exactly is the b-Enspirer capable of? Read on and find out.
