Of course keeping the CPU cool is the primary concern, for it is the hottest part of the computer. That is why there are countless options on quietly cooling a CPU; from low RPM heatsink fans to water-cooling kits. With all the attention on processor cooling, we sometimes neglect other parts of the computer that generate noise, such as case fans and the power supplies. To help combat noise caused by these components, FSP introduces the Cooling Kit.
