Bluetooth Headphones and Audio Adapters from ever-EPerformance: The T901s ear-clip headphone is very easy to put on and very comfortable to wear. Combined with their light weight, I was able wear the headphone for an extended period without discomfort. The T902s neckband headphone unfortunately is not as comfortable to wear. For the most part, the headphones are very easy to put on, though I found the back of the neckband to be rather narrow for my head. Furthermore, when properly worn, the neckband rides very low pressing against the back of my neck. This causes the earpods to tug and shift around my ears whenever I raise my head. One plus about the neck band is that it is foldable, allowing the T902s to fold into a very compact form. Both headphones turn on by pushing and holding the power button for a mere 1 second (very convenient). When turned on, the function LED pulses blue. Turning off the headphone requires pressing the power button for 5 seconds. Pressing the power button for 3 seconds when the headphone is off, puts it into pairing mode during which the function LED flashes blue and red.
The A371 iPod dock adapter fits snugly into an iPod's dock connector. The compact adapter is about as thick as the video capable iPod and is actually narrower. Turning on the adapter required pressing its power button for 3 seconds. Turing it off takes pressing the button for 5 seconds, putting it into pairing mode requires pressing for 6 seconds (when off). The A375 PSP adapter too fits snugly onto the bottom of a PSP. Visually, it blends in very well with the PSP. The adapter turns on, off, and pairs the same as the headphones.
Neither headphone had problems pairing to either adapter. The wireless link exhibits an amazingly low amount of noise (a good thing). Sound quality from the headphones were very good, though not great. The highs and mids show good detail. Bass performance was also decent for headphones of their size. Though it is by no means overpowering, the bass of most music can be clearly felt. My only criticism of the sound quality is that it does not sound very wide or disperse; overall sound felt closed in. Of course, that is mainly noticeable when listening to music. PSP game audio on the other hand sounds great on with the headphones. Main as well as ambient sounds can all be clearly heard. With either adapter and with either headphone, I was able to easily able go roam 20 feet from the adapter in open space while still maintaining a glitch free audio signal. From 21 to 30 feet, audio can still be heard though hiccups and cutouts randomly occur. With one drywall in between, the range for a glitch free signal dropped to about 15 feet. For the A371 iPod dock adapter, the AVRCP controls on the headphones worked very well. Pressing the power button on the headphone pauses and resumes the iPod. Holding the power button for 3 seconds turns the iPod off. The iPod also responded to the skip forward and back track buttons without a problem. Both headphones lasted over their stated battery lives; going strong for a little over six and half hours. They charged from empty to full in a little over two hours. The adapters lasted close to six hours. They charged from empty to full in a little less than one and a half hours.
