Mini Flex ATX Computer Case (HTPC)Provided by: ATXPowerSupplies Packaging:
This case was shipped through DHL instead of FedEx or UPS. I came home to the case resting against my door. Thankfully, I have honest neighbors. The bottom of the box was almost all the way ripped open with only a thin piece of tape holding it closed at one end. I was lucky the case did not fall out during transit.
Opening the box the rest of the way, revealed a standard packaged case. Styrofoam secures 051AB Flex ATX computer case in the box. A plastic bag protects it from scratches. Pretty standard stuff here. Key Features: Specifications and features for the 051AB Flex ATX computer case can be seen on ATXPowerSupplies's web site.
Technical Specs:
Outside:
This is a great looking case. You won't find LED fans, cold cathodes or a case window on this case. What you will find is a great looking black textured paint job.
Opening up a door on the front of the case, reveals access to a 5 1/4" drive. The ability to hide an optical drive is another solid design feature of this case.
Like so many computer cases these days, the bottom front opens to reveal audio and USB ports. This is a must have feature for a HTPC setup because you do not want to reach behind your stereo rack to add a USB device like a digital camera.
The back of this case is pretty basic for a computer case. Dual 60mm fan holes allow for warm air to be exhausted from the inside of the case. Also, on the back is a fairly standard motherboard plate and four PCI slot covers. |
