APC TravelPower Synthetic Leather Notebook Case (cont.)Interior: Opening the flap reveals a lot of interior pockets. This is great for I always like to carry a lot of stuff with my laptop. The front inside section can hold a lot of stuff. On the right side are a couple of small loops to hold pens and a business card slot. To the left is a mesh pocket that has a zipper. Below this pocket is a removable mesh pocket. It is held inside the case with velcro.
On the other side of the front inside section are more pockets. A cellphone pouch is on the left. Moving right are three more pockets, each about 3 inches long and 3/4 inch wide. In between the pockets are more loops for pens. On the front of two of the pockets is a small mesh pocket. Below these pockets, on the left side is a large mesh pocket that is sealed with Velcro.
The second section holds the laptop. It is very well padded. There is no strap to lock the laptop in, but it will not move much when in transit. Pockets are included in the front of this section as well. Two four inch stretchable pockets are included. Stretchable because the top is like a rubber band that shrinks around what is in the pocket. Usage:
I put my 15 inch laptop in the case. It barely fit, but was nice and snug. Then I hooked on the carrying strap and threw the bag over my shoulder. It was comfortable at first but after a while it dug into my shoulder. If you have a lot of weight it will probably be uncomfortable. With a coat on, the strap was fine. It just needs a little more padding. Conclusion: APC's TravelPower case is a quality notebook case, and for $25 I doubt you will find a better case. It is very sturdy and you can be assured that your laptop will be safe and sound during travel. All the pockets are great for carrying everything you may need on a trip. The only real drawback is that the strap needs more padding for carrying. Pros:
