NZXT Nemesis Elite Mid Tower Computer CaseProvided by: NZXT Looks like NZXT is back. And with some welcomed improvements over the "Guardian" I reviewed back in March, they're back in a big way. The NZXT Nemesis Mid Tower case not only looks cool but offers some great features.
Packaging: The case arrived in fairly standard form. The box (rich with graphics) listed all the features and specs of the case which awaited within. Despite some obvious box damage on the bottom, no shipping damage was noted.
Packing was adequate with the top and bottom covered in dense foam covers, and the case was wrapped in an anti-static bag. Noticeably missing was any additional protection covering the window, though the window survived in pristine condition. The three NXZT posters included inside was a nice "extra". Features: All of the Nemesis Elite's features can be found at NZXT's web site.
Description:
What comes in the box is the case, a box of tooless rails, hardware, manuals (nice addition), power cord, and more. The first thing I noticed was the lightweight case. At a mere 14lbs 8oz (with the included power supply!), I was skeptical of the construction. Turns out the case not only is very study with little to no flex at all, but I can personally attest that it will hold a grown man. :0)
A couple of machine screws hold the accessories box into place. I promptly removed it to aid in airflow. Included in these accessories are possibly the best things of all, tooless rails! These rails snap right into place on your optical drives, hard drives, etc. This makes for a nice sturdy fit as well easy of assembly. Amazing. |
