Netflix considering premium price tiers

Netflix is considering an additional $10 monthly fee to its user for additional streaming content that includes HBO shows and movies. It seems attractive for people who has subscribed to HBO and Showtimes, but for an additional $10, should we get more than one channel? Anyway, it looks like people are going to watch TV channels online in near future, and the first provider who gets the right ingredient to make the money out of it will definitely dominate this whole new industry.
