I enjoyed reviewing their NexStar LX NAS a month ago. So far it has been a reliable drive enclosure with no network issues. That is why I was more than happy to review their new hard drive enclosure, the NexStar 3. The NexStar 3 from Vantec is a 2.5" hard drive enclosure. What is special about the NexStar 3 is that it supports SATA II as well as USB connections. That is right, with lighting quick external drive, endless possibilities are now available. Inside, the retail box is surrounded by packing peanuts.
