SilverStone TJ06 Computer CaseProvided By: Sundial
Micro Have you ever noticed that the CPU cooler gets all the credit for cooling? When the CPU temperatures are low, the cooler gets praised. Equally, when CPU temperatures are high, the cooler gets ragged on. But is it really the CPU cooler's fault when its performance is not as good as you would like? After all, HSF CPU coolers work on the simple principal: heatsink absorbs CPU's heat while fan cools heatsink. How does the fan cool the heatsink; with surrounding air of course. This is where the true perpetrator for poor air cooling is revealed. If there is a bad airflow in the computer case, then the cooler cannot perform at its best. From this point of view, you can see the problem is not the cooler itself, it is the computer case.
While we may do our best to maximize airflow in our cases, the bottom line is there are just too many things in the way of the air path from the front intake fan to the CPU, to the rear exhaust fan. Only when this problem is thoroughly dealt with can our CPU coolers perform at their maximum potential. Leave it to SilverStone to come up with a solution to this airflow dilemma with their new computer case, the TJ06. Just how does the TJ06 tackle the problem of airflow? Read on and find out. Packaging:
The TJ06 comes packaged in a full colored retail box. The front and back of the box features a picture of the case along with a list of features. The left side of the box displays an interior shot of the TJ06 and the right side has the specifications list.
Inside, the case is held in place with two pieces of Styrofoam. It is also enclosed in a plastic bag for protection against dust and scratches. Features: Features and specifications can be found on Sundial Micro's web site.
