Speeze HawkStream Socket A CoolerProvided by: Speeze
Speeze's HawkStream comes securely packaged with plastic protecting the fan and bottom of the heatsink. Specifications: The manufacturer rated specs for the EEA01B2 HawkStream direct from the web sitewww.speeze.com.
Features: Speeze's HawkStream is a fairly basic cooler. It does not have any bells and whistles. A purple 70mm fan rests on top of the heatsink. This is a unique color and presents a nicer look than a solid black fan. A 70mm fan is harder to come by when looking to upgrade the fan or replace it. The heatsink is made from Aluminum. The fins are fairly thick. Thermalpaste covers the bottom of the heatsink. This can be easily removed with alcohol if you like to use Arctic Silver 3 or Ceramique. Clear plastic tubing surrounds the ATX power cord. Having the wires neatly bound increases airflow and neatness within the case.
Installation: A 3 pin clip holds the HawkStream heatsink to the CPU socket. I always like a 3 pin design because it holds the cooler more securely. A screw driver is needed to install this heatsink. A thumb tab would have been a nicer choice. |
