Sunbeam Trio Computer Gaming CaseExternal:
Taking the case out of box presented a surprise. This case is longer and a bit shorter than I thought from looking at the box. Protecting the large case window is a sheet of plastic. The window is flawless with no noticeable scratches. There is an 80mm LED fan in the upper corner.
The paint on this case is very shinny. Picture taking was a pain because of its skinniness; everything reflected in it. I thought it would finger print super easy, but I would say that it only finger printed slightly. Overall the paint job is great, no noticeable scratches and it is very hard to scratch.
The front of the case looks very stylish. It lines are very clean and defined. In the bottom left are three gauges for the audio noise, fan speed, and temperature. Opening the metal mesh door reveals the four 5 1/4 inch and two 3 1/2 inch drive bays. In the middle left of the case is the power and reset buttons along with the HDD and power LEDs. The door is held shut using two magnets, the silver slits on the right side.
On the right of the case, near bottom are the audio and USB ports. Also included are two dials, one for audio control, the other is to control a fan. I like the idea of these controls, but the bottom of the case is long reach if the case is on the floor. Ports on top would have been an easier reach.
The back of the case is pretty basic. One thing to note is that the fan grill is very long. It looks like it can support two fans as well as the one it comes with. Thumbscrews hold the side panels on.
