XPER X-Armor ATX Case (cont.)A Closer Look Outside:
The rear of the case is pretty straightforward with exception of the stepped design, which I will go into later. A 120mm LED fan shoots out massive exhaust, and is certainly welcomed in a mid-budget case.
As I stated earlier, the window was a flawless 12" x 9" section of clear goodness. More than enough real estate to show off your precious components. I would have loved to see a 120mm intake fan here though. Perhaps I'll add that to a marathon modding session at a later date.
Here's a shot of the stepped design I spoke of. I personally don't care for it because it doesn't allow the exhaust fan to sit flush. Although in this design, airflow definitely wasn't a problem for the big 120mm fan sitting behind a nicely gridded grill.
The front bezel houses a multimedia pod behind a nice hinged door. Here you'll find USB 2.0 ports as well as headphone and mic ports. There's also a space for FireWire, but the port was not included.
