Ratings and voltages are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>3.3v rail@26A (3.42 measured voltage)</li> <li>5v rail@32A (5.22 measured voltage)</li> <li>12v rail@13A (12.11 measured voltage)</li> </ul> As you can see, the voltages are nice and were unwavering while putting a load on/off of the rails. Additionally, they were within the allowed +/-5% range, though the 5V was on the high side. I wouldn't have any qualms setting up a daily use rig with this case/PSU combo. A high powered user would want to seek a supply with a stronger 12V rail, more than 20A; especially considering a P4 can draw 8 to 10 amps off the 12V line. <p align="center"><a href="atruereview/xper/11big.jpg"><img src="atruereview/xper/11.jpg" alt="XPER X-Armor ATX Case" border="0" width="250" height="250"></a><br> <font size="-1">Click on image for larger picture</font> </p> <p> A nice four LED 120mm XPER fan makes up the rear exhaust. It pushes some nice air through the system. With that 120mm fan flowing fresh air over your drives, it would be a great setup. <p align="left"> Noticeably gone is a horizontal strengthening bar. Tight tolerances and nicely finished edges are a definite plus, especially in a mid-budget case. Mesh up front is a nice touch, though the paint job could use a little more shine to it. At this price point, it's nice to see any PSU, let alone a decent one.
